I’ve been using the TELK adjustable dumbbells for a few weeks now. The cast iron construction feels solid and the black finish looks good. Adjusting the weight is easy thanks to the spin-lock mechanism, though it takes a bit of time to change plates. At 45 lbs total (22.5 each), these are great for beginners or light training. The handle diameter is comfortable for most hand sizes. However, the plates can be noisy when racking, and the total weight isn't enough for advanced lifters. Overall, a decent value for home use.
